PAGBAM counsels on new Notes issue of Aconcagua
Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen has counselled the placement agents in the issuance by Petrolera Aconcagua Energía of class XV and class XVI notes.
The issue was made on October 28, where the class XV simple Notes were issued for a total nominal amount of U$S 30,617,307, denominated, to be integrated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed annual nominal interest rate of 9.00%, maturing on October 28, 2028; and the class XVI simple Notes for a total nominal amount of U$S 18,159,306, denominated in US dollars and payable in US dollars. 159,306, denominated in U.S. dollars, to be paid in cash in pesos at the initial exchange rate or in kind through the delivery of Eligible Notes payable in pesos at the applicable exchange rate, at a fixed interest rate of 8.00% annual nominal amount.
The Notes will mature on October 28, 2028, and were issued under its Global Program for the Issuance of Simple Negotiable Obligations (not convertible into shares) for up to US$ 500,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
Banco de Servicios y Transacciones acted as arranger, settlement agent and underwriter; Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires, Banco Santander Argentina, Puente Hnos and Balanz Capital Valores acted as arrangers and underwriters; and Banco Mariva, Allaria, Invertir en Bolsa, Banco Supervielle, SBS Trading, Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, TPCG Valores, Invertironline, Cocos Capital, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización, Neix, Latin Securities, Consultatio Investments, Facimex Valores and PP Inversiones acted as underwriters.
