PAGBAM represents Lucens Capital on Chile restaurant deal
PAGBAM Schwencke Chile, together with Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen, advised Lucens Capital on its purchase from Alsea of the franchise operations of Chili’s Grill & Bar and P.F. Chang’s in Chile.
Lucens Capital, a regional investment firm focused on small and mid-market opportunities in Latin America, adds two well-known restaurant brands to its portfolio, increasing its presence in the regional food sector.
PAGBAM Schwencke Chile’s team was led by partners Francisco Prado Collao (pictured left) and Bárbara Neyra Avilés (pictured right), along with counsels Maximiliano Concha Rodriguez and Gonzalo Darraidou Besa, and associate Gonzalo Zañartu Philippi.
