PAGBAM reveals agreement with Brillo Abogados

 The Argentinian law firm Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen, has revealed a collaboration arrangement with Brillo Abogados, an energy-focused firm based in Neuquén.

The agreement will allow both firms to continue operating under their existing brands and to refer and recommend clients and work to each other, as well as It will also allow lawyers from both firms to travel to and work from each other’s offices.

After several years of working together on legal matters, the firms have formed a logical and strategic partnership. “It will allow both firms to extend their regional scope, promote synergies and combine the specialisation of their professionals in the most diverse areas of law,” mentioned Guillermo Quiñoa, PAGBAM partner and management committee member.

The tie-up with Brillo Abogados comes after PAGBAM reached an integration agreement with the Chilean law firm Schwencke & Cía, which now operates as PAGBAM Schwencke Chile. It is believed to be the first time that an Argentinean law firm has opened an operational office outside its country. 

Mariano Brillo, partner from Brillo Abogados, says the firm will take on the commitment with great responsibility and thanks PAGBAM for trusting to deliver their services in the Neuquén area for its clients.

Guillermo Quiñoa highlighted “Neuquén It is a strategic location to be able to count on local professionals with a direct presence in the province since this zone has the second-largest shale gas field in the world and it’s an area that has attracted investment from international and local companies by being home to the Vaca Muerta shale oil and gas formation”.
