PAGBAM Schwenke helps in launch of WazNews
Chilean law firm PAGBAM Schwencke has assisted in the implementation of WazNews, an innovative project defined as the “first virtual news assistant”.
WazNews is a new means of communication and information led by journalist Kike Mujica and with the participation of leading professionals in the field, such as Monica Perez and Cristian Bofill, among others. In it, the user receives audio messages to their personal WhatsApp, through which they communicate and analyse the main news of the day.
The consultancy involved the implementation and start-up of the legal entity of the company, as well as the preparation and accompaniment in its financing process.
