P&B Compliance announces a new hire to strengthen its team
P&B Compliance has announced a new hire to strengthen its team of professionals. Layla Guillen (pictured) will be the firm’s new head of compliance, investigations and due diligence.
Graduated in Legal and Social Sciences from FMU Law School, Layla Guillen has more than 15 years of experience in the implementation of Compliance programs and has worked in large multinational companies, focusing on Compliance System, Risk Management, K’s (KYC, KYE, KYS, KYP), Due Diligence and Corporate Investigation.
Layla Guillen has a postgraduate degree in Compliance from FGV and in Risk Management from FIPECAFI and has extensive expertise in the Compliance area, having worked in relevant companies in the national scenario such as PwC, Embraer and Reghtechs.
