P&B Compliance has a new partner for privacy and data protection
P&B Compliance has expanded its partners with the arrival of lawyer Guilherme Braguim, who has assumed the leadership of the privacy and data protection area.
Guilherme Braguim is a lawyer specialized in the areas of Data Protection, Digital Law and Intellectual Property, with more than a decade of experience and intense academic training, having already integrated renowned law firms.
A graduate from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a post-graduate in Copyright, Intellectual Property and Personality Rights from the Superior Law School (ESA) of the Brazilian Bar Association, Braguim holds a CIPP/E certification issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). He concluded the extension course “Personal Data Protection and Privacy” and “LGPD in Courts” at Data Privacy Brasil. He has a certificate on the course “Advocacy 4.0”, issued by Future Law. He has been a Member of the IAPP since 2020 and Member of the Digital Law Committee of CESA.
