Pellerano & Herrera advised Scotiabank on $40 million for residential compound

Dominican Republic law firm Pellerano & Herrera acted for Scotiabank on the financing of the residential compound for staff of the US embassy in Santo Domingo. 

Scotiabank is Canada´s  3rd largest bank and it has global operations, including Latin America. 

The bank provided the financing to US Overseas Housing LLC, in charge of building 75 new residential units in a secure compound. The residential complex will house U.S. personnel working at the embassy.

Partner Luis Rafael Pellerano led the team advising Scotiabank.
