Alexandre Flexa, new senior partner of Pellon & Associados will join the Special Litigation and the Lawyers Education and Training Center, two activities that have always guided his life.
Alexandre has been practicing law for 23 years. He was an associate for 13 years and a partner in his own firm for another 10. Now he joins the team at Pellon & Associados, a law firm with offices in RJ, SP, and ES.
Post-graduated in Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. Professor of Civil Procedural Law in post-graduate courses at FGV, EMERJ, PUC, and UCAM. Coordinator of the post-graduation course in Civil Law at Universidade Candido Mendes. Author of legal works. Founding member of Instituto Carioca de Direito Processual Civil – ICPC. Member of the Permanent Forum of Civil Proceduralists – FPPC. Member of the Permanent Forum of Civil Law and Civil Procedure of the Escola da Magistratura do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – EMERJ.
