Pérez-Llorca counsels EASO on jv with Hub Group
Pérez-Llorca has counselled Transportes EASO, an intermodal logistics and ground freight forwarding company in Mexico, on the creation of a joint venture with Hub Group, a North American transportation and logistics provider.
This transaction, completed on 8 October, was valued at USD $52 million and involved the jurisdictions of Mexico and the USA.
This strategic alliance will make the joint venture the largest cross-border and intra-Mexico intermodal company. In addition, this collaboration will not only improve trucking efficiency and capacity, but also enhance nearshoring opportunities and facilitate trade between the United States of America and Mexico.
