Pérez-Llorca incorporates new Tax partner in Mexico
Pérez-Llorca has announced the incorporation of Christian Kaye (pictured) to its Mexico City office as partner in charge of the Tax area, together with a group of lawyers in this specialty.
The new partner has more than 25 years of experience advising multinationals, institutions and individuals in all areas of tax law. Specializing in tax and administrative procedures and litigation, he has extensive experience in the design and implementation of defense strategies before the tax and administrative authorities, both federal and local in Mexico, as well as in estate planning for individuals and companies, and in tax advice in mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
He holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a master’s degree in tax law and international tax law from the Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City and the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Basham Ringe y Correa, and was a senior partner at KTC Abogados and later KTA Asociados.
