Pérez-Llorca Mexico advises Bunzl on the acquisition of Guantes Internacionales
Pérez-Llorca Mexico has counseled Bunzl, a British multinational distribution and services company, in acquiring full ownership of Guantes Internacionales, a prominent Mexican producer of industrial gloves and sleeves.
This acquisition also included select US assets from International Gloves, a US-based company owned by the sellers. Prior to the closing, the sellers carried out a corporate restructuring to streamline the transaction.
Pérez-Llorca Mexico’s legal scope encompassed drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all transaction documents under Mexican law, along with conducting comprehensive legal due diligence on the Mexican company.
The transaction was closed in August 2025, and its value was kept confidential. The deal spanned three jurisdictions: the United Kingdom, the United States, and Mexico.
