Pérez-Llorca strengthens its presence in Mexico City
International law firm Pérez-Llorca has announced the appointment of Juan José Soto Arias as a partner in its Labor and Employment practice at the Mexico City office.
With over 25 years of experience, Juan José Soto Arias (pictured) is a leading figure in labor law, advising both national and international companies on a wide range of issues, including M&A transactions and individual and collective labor disputes.
In addition to his legal practice, Soto Arias is a professor of Employment Procedural Law at Universidad Panamericana and has taught at several prominent institutions, such as Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and Universidad del Valle de México.
Soto Arias joins Pérez-Llorca’s Labor and Employment team in Mexico, which also includes Luis Enrique Cervantes, Labor and Employment partner, and Santiago Villanueva, Social Security partner.
