Pinehiro Neto counsels Águas Guariroba and Banco ABC Brasil on public issuance
Pinehiro Neto has advised Águas Guariroba and Banco ABC on the $65 million issuance
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the issuer, Águas Guariroba S.A., and the lead underwriter, Banco ABC Brasil S.A., on the fifth issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, in a single series, of the unsecured type, for public distribution, with restricted placement efforts, of Águas Guariroba S.A.
In the issuance took part as lead underwriter Banco ABC Brasil S.A., Pentágono S.A. Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários as Trustee and as issuer Águas Guariroba S.A.
The total value reached $65 million. The proceeds obtained through the issuance were destined for investments and/or reimbursement of expenses and/or debts related to investments and strengthening of the Company’s liquidity reserve.
Pinheiro Neto team was led by partner Ricardo Russo (pictured), and involved associates Felipe Morais Assunção and Thais Helena Valente Teixeira Lima, and legal assistant Gabriela Kaneshiro Pereira.
