Pinheio Neto counsels Pier Seguradora on Serie B round

Pinheio Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel in the Series B round of Pier Seguradora, in which Raiz Investimentos was the main investor

Pinheio Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel in the Series B round of Pier Seguradora, having Raiz Investimentos as leading investor. Gunderson Dettmer and Campbells also assisted as deal counsel for foreign law aspects.

The round is deeply connected with the transition of the company from SUSEP’s Regulatory Sandbox to an entity with Permanent Authorization and shall further accelerate Pier Seguradora’s exponential growth.

The total amount was R$ 108 million.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados relied on partners Carlos Eduardo Gazineu de Azevedo (pictured left), Bruno Balduccini (Pictured centre), Caio Ferreira Silva (pictured right), senior associate Cauê Myanaki and associates Mariana Magalhães Lobato and Regina Ramos.
