Pinheiro Guimarães advises on Rede D’Or debenture issue

Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados advised on the 35th issuance of non-convertible and unsecured debentures, in a single series, of Rede D’Or São Luiz, for public offering, under the resolution CVM 160, in the total amount of BRL 1 billion. Distribution of debentures was carried out by Banco Bradesco BBI.
