Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados advised Grendene S.A. in the establishment of a joint venture with 3G Radar Gestão de Recursos S.A.
Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados has advised Grendene S.A. in the establishment of a joint venture with 3G Radar Gestão de Recursos S.A., associated to 3G Capital.
The joint venture Grendene Global Brands Limited is headquartered in the United Kingdom and will operate in countries such as the United States, Canada, China and Hong Kong, and will be responsible for the distribution of the brands Melissa, Ipanema, Rider, among others.
The new business aims to expand and intensify Grendene’s participation in strategic markets. The joint venture will also be responsible for taking care of the brand’s sales channels, especially those that are in direct contact with customers, for developing e-commerce platforms and expanding stores.
Pinheiro Guimarães Advogados had partners Marcelo Lamy Rego (pictured left) and Bernardo Bulhões (pictured right), associates Bernardo Romano Teixeira, Marcia Lamarão and Julia Machado Barreto.
