Pinheiro Neto act on the acquisition of SPE Linha Verde I by CDPQ
Pinheiro Neto advised Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) on the completed the third closing for the sale of Terna‘s assets in Latin America, in a transaction signed in 2022, upon the acquisition of all the shares issued by SPE Transmissora de Energia Linha Verde I.
The transaction value was BRL 79,329,093.72.
