Pinheiro Neto acted as deal counsel on the LM Transportes issue

Pinheiro Neto acted as deal counsel on the 1st issuance of commercial notes, of the unsecured kind, in a single series for public distribution by LM Transportes, in the total amount of BRL 850 million.

The issue was made for improving the capital structure of the Issuer and for day-by-day expenses. The underwriters were Banco UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários, Banco Sumitomo Mitsui Brasileiro and Alfa Corretora de Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários.
