Pinheiro Neto acts as deal counsel for Energisa Mato Grosso issue
Pinheiro Neto acted as deal counsel on the exchange offer of debentures, whereby the proceeds of the 20th issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, of the secured type, in a single series, for public distribution, by Energisa Mato Grosso – Distribuidora de Energia, in accordance with CVM 160, were used to pay the acquisition/redemption of some old debentures issued by the company.
The transaction value was BRL 876,564,000.00.
