Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel in the partnership between Nubank and Creditas that allows clients to start having access to the products and services of both

The partnership between Nubank and Creditas will allow Nubank customers in Brazil to access Creditas products and services directly through the Nu app.

In addition, two years from now, Nubank will be able to choose to be a minority shareholder of Creditas with up to 7.7% of the company’s shares.
