Pinheiro Neto advised Agroenergia Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia and MC Green Energy Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia and its affiliates on the acquisition, from LSF10 Brazil U.S. Holdings LLC, of shares representing the corporate control of Atvos Agroindustrial S.A. – Em Recuperação Judicial and certain credit rights held by affiliates of seller against target and other companies within its economic group, respectively.
