Pinheiro Neto advise on Banco Volkswagen BRL1bn issuance
Pinheiro Neto advised on the 14th issuance of financial notes for public distribution, not subject to registration, of Banco Volkswagen, pursuant to CVM Ruling No. 8, of October 14, 2020.
The total amout was BRL 1 billion. Banco Bradesco BBI, and UBS BB Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários acted as underwriters.
