Pinheiro Neto advise on Santa Clara Agrociência’s issuance
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the 2nd issuance of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, of the secured type, with additional fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, by Santa Clara Agrociência, in accordance with CVM Resolution 160.
The transaction value was BRL 45 million.
Pinheiro Neto advised Santa Clara Agrociência (issuer) and Itaú BBA Assessoria Financeira (lead underwriter) and relied on partner Luiz Felipe Fleury Vaz Guimarães (pictured); counsel Marcos Saldanha Proença, associate Gustavo Guedes Araújo and legal intern Ana Cecília Couto Villela Pedras.
