Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised on the acquisition by Tudo Serviços of 100% of the shares issued by Parati – Crédito, Financiamento e Investimento, owned by Ame Holding.
The target company is a financial institution that provides credit solutions, facilitates payments via PIX, and enables the integration of fintechs into the banking system.
