Pinheiro Neto advise on the issuance of CRA by Eco Securitizadora

Pinheiro Neto advised the issuer on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) in two series as part of the 314th Issuance by Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by Rumo Agronegócios and Rumo Agrocomércio de Insumos.

The transaction value was BRL 20 million.
