Pinheiro Neto advise on the issuance of simple debentures of CBM
Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as deal counsel on the third issuance of simple debentures, non-convertible into shares, unsecured, in a single series, for public distribution, of Construtora Barbosa Mello (CBM), pursuant to CVM 160.
CBM is an engineering and construction company based in the Estate of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Company executes projects in sanitation, urban development, railway, road works, rapid transit, and dam building.
Banco Votorantim was the lead underwriter. The transaction value was BRL 60 million.
