Pinheiro Neto advise Vórtx on the acquisition of Grafeno
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Vórtx on the acquisition of all issued quotas of Grafeno, representing 100% of its total share capital. Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Grafeno.
As part of the transaction, some current shareholders of Grafeno, will become shareholders of Vórtx. the traansaction value was not disclosed.
