Pinheiro Neto advises Alpargatas and BZCP advises Ioasys on R$200m deal

Pinheiro Neto advised Alpargatas on the purchase and Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised Ioasys

Alpargatas, owner of the Havaianas, Osklen and Dupé brands, has taken an important step to accelerate its digitalization.  Advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados, the company announced an agreement to acquire the software and management systems company Ioasys, advised by BZCP Advogados.

The purchase of 100% of the startup’s share capital is worth around R$200 million. Payment for the transaction will be made over five years: part of it in cash and the remaining in Alpargatas’ shares.

Alpargatas S.A. was also represented by in-house Elaine Lapetine Zanão.

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados was represented by partner Sergio Bronstein (pictured right) and associates Thiago Oliveira and Agnaldo Mendes.
