Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised issuer BCBF Participações S.A., underwriter in debentures issue

Pinheiro Neto has acted as deal counsel on the 6th debentures issue by BCBF Participações S.A., pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.

The firm represented the issuer and lead underwriter Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. and underwriters Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., Banco Citibank S.A. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A..
