Pinheiro Neto advises BTG Pactual on SPVs acquisition

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised BTG Pactual Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário on the acquisition of three special purpose vehicles (SPVs)

Pinheiro Neto Advogados’ legal team, consisting of partners Luciano Garcia Rossi (pictured), André Vertullo Benini, associates Martina Zajakoff, Guilherme de Toledo Piza, Caio Simoes Gambini and Giovana Lago Levita, advised BTG Pactual Logística Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário (BTLG11), a Real Estate investment fund managed by Banco BTG Pactual, on the acquisition of three special purpose vehicles (SPVs).

All three logistics parks owned by the SPVs are located in the State of São Paulo, Brazil, in the cities of Hortolandia, Guarulhos and Itapecerica da Serra. from a private equity fund managed by Kinea Investimentos.

The transaction from a private equity fund managed by Kinea Investimentos has a total value of R$ 195 million.
