Pinheiro Neto advises CIP on its sale to Fleury for R$120m

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised CIP on its sale to Fleury S.A., one of the largest healthcare laboratory companies in Brazil

Fleury S.A. has acquired 100% of the capital stock of CIP – Centro de Infusões Pacaembu LTDA for R$120 million, thus becoming its sole shareholder.

In a material fact disclosed to the market, Fleury said the acquisitions reinforce the company’s growth and expansion strategy.

Pinheiro Neto partners Antonio Morello, (pictured left) and antitrust partner Cristianne Saccab Zarzur (pictured right) led the advisory board to CIP with associates Julia Castorino Lopes da Silva, Marina de Sousa e Silva Chakmati.
