Pinheiro Neto has acted as counsel to Convergint Technologies LLC in the transaction, that was structured as a direct acquisition of all shares of Malakyan Holding B.V., a Dutch limited liability company, and, indirect acquisition of local subsidiaries of the Seal Group in Brazil; Argentina; Mexico; Chile; Colombia; Peru; Paraguay; and Costa Rica.
