Pinheiro Neto advises Grua on BRL700m debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Grua Investimentos S.A. and lead underwriter Banco Itau BBA S.A. on BRL 700 million debenture issue

The Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Grua Investimentos S.A. in the fifth issue of simple, non-convertible debentures, in a single series, with collateral and personal guarantee, for public distribution, with restricted placement efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.

The firm also represented the lead underwriter Banco Itau BBA S.A. The issue also had the participation of Pentágono S.A. Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários (Trustee); Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. (Bookkeeping Agent).

The value of the issue was R$700,000,000.00. The resources obtained through the issue were destined to investments and/or reimbursement of expenses and/or debts related to the Company’s investments and working capital.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados had the participation of partner Ricardo Russo (pictured), associates Felipe Morais Assunção, Renata G. Barbosa Corrêa, and trainee Gustavo Rivadavia Ferrari.
