Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Halex Istar Indústria Farmacêutica’s on its first debenture issue

Pinheiro Neto has advised a first issue of debentures, in a single series, by Halex Istar Indústria Farmacêutica, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476 of January 16, 2009, as amended.

The resources obtained through the issue were destined to the anticipated redemption of two CCBs.

The firm advised the issuer Halex, the underwriters Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A and Vórtz Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. (Trustee – Fiduciary Agent, Settlement Agent and Bookkeeping Agent) e relied on partner Ricardo Russo (pictured), counsel Marcos Saldanha Proença, associate Elena Carvalho Carrasco and intern Luisa Reis.
