Pinheiro Neto advises on Alsol Energias Renováveis issuance

Brazilian law firm Pinheiro Neto has advised the underwriters on a 100 million reais ($24.9 million) debentures issuance by Alsol Energias Renováveis

Ricardo Russo of Pinheiro NetoThe banks involved were Banco ABC Brasil, as lead underwriter, and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio and Títulos e Valores Mobiliários as underwriters.



Pinheiro Neto’s team was led by partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured), with counsel Marcos Saldanha Proença (counsel), legal aides Gustavo Guedes Araújo and Emily Coral Fernandez Somenzari.



Stocche Forbes Advogados acted as counsel to the issuer, with a team led by partner Henrique Filizzola, with associates Ingrid Hessling and Vinicius Barros, and legal aide Julia Esch.
