Pinheiro Neto advises on CRA issuance by Eco Securitizadora
Pinheiro Neto acted as deal counsel on the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) in three series of the 408th issuance of Eco Securitizadora de Direitos Creditórios do Agronegócio, backed by Agribusiness Credit Rights owed by Agrofarm Produtos Agroquímicos (Agrofarm).
13.500 CRA were allocated in the Junior Subordinated Series, 6.750 CRA in the Mezzanine Subordinated Series, and 24.750 CRA in the Senior Series, totaling 45.000 CRA in the global amount of BRL 45 million.
