Pinheiro Neto advises on Creditas’ acquisition of AndBank
Pinheiro Neto advised on the acquisition by Creditas Financial Solutions of 25% of the quotas issued by APW Consultores Financeiros, from Andorra Banc Agricol Reig.
The deal is included within the context of a wide commercial partnership between the parties, which also includes an investment round of Creditas Group led by Andbank Andorra and the acquisition of Banco Andbank (financial institution) by Creditas.
The transaction value was not disclosed.
