Pinheiro Neto advises on debenture issue by Clinicas do Brasil
Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised the underwriters on the 1st issue of simple debentures, non convertible into shares, in a single series, by Clínicas do Brasil Holding, in accordance with CVM resolution 160.
The R$75 million operation is part of the company’s expansion strategy as the largest eye care ecosystem in Latin America. The resources obtained from the issue will be used for general corporate purposes.
