Pinheiro Neto acted as advisor in the 3rd issue of 350,000 debentures of Desktop – Sigmanet Comunicação Multimídia S.A., in the total amount of BRL 350,000,000.
The offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 476. Banco BTG Pactual S.A. acted as the lead underwriter and Vórtx Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários Ltda. as the fiduciary agent.
The funds raised by the company will be used for the company’s working capital and for debt refinancing.
