Pinheiro Neto advises on issuance of commercial notes by Vórtx
Pinheiro Neto acted as deal counsel on the first issuance of commercial notes, in a single series, secured by collateral and with additional fidejussory guarantee, for public distribution under the automatic registration procedure, by Vórtx Serviços Fiduciários.
Caixa Econômica Federal acted as coordinator. The transaction, in accordance with CVM Resolution 160, had the total amount of BRL 54 milion.
