Pinheiro Neto advises Quinto Andar on SíndicoNet acquisition

Pinheiro Neto has counselled Quinto Andar on the purchase of 100% of the capital stock from private shareholders

Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Quinto Andar on the acquisition of one hundred per cent (100%) of the capital stock of SíndicoNet (SíndicoNet Tecnologia em programação e análise de sistemas, publicidade e propaganda Ltda.) from private shareholders. Notwithstanding the sale of equity stake, the sellers are expected to continue to be directly involved in the management of the business (focused mainly on a marketplace for residential buildings).

Pinheiro Neto team was led by partner Ricardo Binnie (pictured), and involved associate Rodolfo F. Schreuders.

The sellers were assisted by Natal & Manssur Advogados with a team led by partner José Frederico Cimino Manssur, and which involved associates George Bonfim and João Pedro Félix.
