Pinheiro Neto advises Ripio on Bitcoin Trade acquisition

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has assisted Ripio on the 100% stock acquisition of the Bitcoin Trade group

Ripio Holding acquired 100% of Bitcoin Trade group’s capital stock, composed by Peertrade Digital Ltda., Tradeback Digital Ltda., and BTD Digital Ltda.

This companies business are the cryptocurrency exchange, crypto tokenization, electronic payments relating to cryptocurrencies, cash back services in cryptocurrencies, and other cryptocurrencies related services.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados assisted Ripio as buyer with team led by partners Fernando Mirandez Del Nero Gomes and Tiago Moreira Vieira, and involved senior associate Guilherme Antonio Bassan Amorin, associates Tiago Lopes da Cruz and Victoria Villa Silva Tsubake, and legal aide Marcela Benhossi.

Veirano Advogados counselled Montenegro Investments and Carlos André Montenegro as sellers with a team formed by partners Marcos, Marco Monteiro and Diego Fraga Lerner, and associate Daniel Ugo Rivera Theilkuhl.
