Pinheiro Neto advises São Salvador Alimentos on notes issuance

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has counselled São Salvador on ISEC Securitizadora issuance

Pinheiro Neto assisted on a public offering of agribusiness receivables issued by ISEC Securitizadora S.A. The transaction consisted of the securitization of credit rights arising from a Rural Product Note With Financial Settlement (Cédula de Produto Rural Com Liquidação Financeira) issued by São Salvador Alimentos S.A.

The total value of the operation was over $37 million.

Pinheiro Neto team was led by partner Tiago A. D. Themudo Lessa (pictured), and involved associate Rafael José Lopes Gaspar, and legal aide Nicole Rocha.

Stocche Forbes acted as legal counsel to the issuer (ISEC).
