Pinheiro Neto advises Sonae Sierra Brazil on Aliansce Shopping Centers merger

Law firm Pinheiro Neto has advised the Brazilian arm of Portuguese commercial real estate developer Sonae Sierra on a merger with Aliansce Shopping Centers.

Sonae SierraThe transaction will result in the largest shopping center operator in Brazil, with a total of 40 shopping malls and a business that is expected to generate annual revenues of up to 70 million reis ($18.1 million).
