Pinheiro Neto advised StoneCo Ltd. on US$500 million senior notes issue

Pinheiro Neto has acted as special Brazilian law advisor to the guarantors Stone Pagamentos S.A., MNLT Soluções de Pagamento S.A. and Pagar.me Pagamentos S.A. as guarantors on the issue by StoneCo Ltd. of U.S.$500,000,000 principal amount of 3.950% senior notes due 2028, unconditionally guaranteed by Stone Pagamentos S.A., MNLT Soluções de Pagamento S.A. and Pagar.me Pagamentos S.A.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC were the Global Coordinators.

Banco Bradesco BBI S.A., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Banco BTG Pactual S.A.- Cayman Branch, UBS Securities LLC, XP Investimentos Corretora de Títulos, Câmbio e Valores Mobiliários S.A. were joint Book-Running Managers.
