Pinheiro Neto advises Tim on partnership with Anhanguera Educacional
Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised Tim S.A. on its partnership with Anhaguera Educacional S.A.
The transaction consists of a commercial partnership between TIM S.A. and Anhanguera Educacional S.A. to prospect students for certain graduate courses and other online courses offered through Plataforma Ampli, a digital remote education platform managed by Anhanguera (the Kroton group).
In consideration for its promotion and prospection efforts, TIM will be entitled to certain compensation, as well as (upon approval of the transaction by the relevant regulatory authorities, including CADE) shares representing up to 30% of the capital stock of the company expected to receive Plataforma Ampli through a corporate restructuring to be carried out by Anhanguera within the next 15 months.
