Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised the Joint Bookrunners Banco Bradesco BBI S.A.; Goldman Sachs & Co LLC; and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados was the Brazilian counsel to the underwriters Banco Bradesco BBI S.A.; Goldman Sachs & Co LLC; and HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., on Brazilian law issues relating to the offering of Federal Republic of Brazil securities in the international capital markets.

The firm assisted in the coordination of the transaction and prepared an opinion regarding the validity of the transaction documents.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados retained partner Fernando J. Prado Ferreira (pictured) and associates João Pedro Ribeiro Taveira and Leonardo Duarte Moreira.
