Pinheiro Neto has counselled VERT and XP on ssuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates
Pinheiro Neto acted as legal advisor for VERT Companhia Securitizadora (Issuer) and for XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. (Lead Underwriter) in the issuance of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (Certificados de Recebíveis do Agronegócio – CRAs), in accordance with Brazilian Securities Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM) Ruling No. 600, of August 1, 2018, as amended, backed by diversified agribusiness credit rights owed by clients of Rotam do Brasil Agroquímica e Produtos Agrícolas Ltda.. The CRAs were distributed by XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários in five tranches, being the first and second ones distributed in accordance with CVM Ruling No. 476, of January 16, 2009, as amended, and the third, fourth and fifth ones distributed privately.
The issue price was R$ 1,000.00 and reached 32,854,000.00 (approx. $6 million).
