Pinheiro Neto advised Via Varejo S.A. on its 6th issue of debentures totaling R$1 billion
Pinheiro Neto Advogados has advised Via Varejo S.A. on its 6th public issue of simple, non-convertible unsecured debentures, in two series, for public distribution with restricted placement efforts, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.
The total value of the issue was R$ 1 billion. UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. was the main lead underwriter besides Bradesco BBI S.A., Itaú BBA S.A., and Banco Safra S.A.
Pinheiro Neto acted as legal counsel to the Issuer with partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured), counsel Marcos Saldanha Proença, associate Gustavo Guedes, and legal assistant Luísa Reis Lopes Correia.
Lefosse Advogados assisted the underwriters with the partner Ricardo Prado, and the associates Lucas Padilha, Breno Cavalheiro and Luis Bruno.
