Pinheiro Neto has counselled YPY on the sale of its share of Vicar Promoções Despertivas
Pinheiro Neto advised YPY Participações S.A. on the sale of Vicar Promoções Desportivas S.A., an entertainment; promotion/organization of events company, to the private equity investors Veloci Investimentos e Participações S.A.
Veloci acquired the 100% of Vicar, that was previously owned by YPY (15%) and T4F Entretenimento S.A. (85%).
Pinheiro Neto team was led by partner Henry Sztutman (pictured), and involved associates Priscila Gurgel Menezes and Nicholas Versignassi.
Madrona Advogados assisted Veloci Investimentos e Participações S.A., the buyer, with a team formed by partner José Luis Camargo Junior, and associates Henrique Volpato Maluta and Isadora Campos Mestre.
